Three Event Recap

Sakkara Clothing & Costume Winter Trunk Show, February 23, 2012:

Oh, we had a great time! What a stellar evening, spent in the vintage atmosphere of the Hotel deLuxe. There were clothes (note to self: of course there were clothes, don’t be ridiculous). 🙂 There was music. There were delicious crudités. There were lots of fun visitors who made the evening a success. Thank you, everybody. We can’t wait for the next one!

More behind the cut!

2011 in Review

What a super year it’s been! In March we had a great time at the Bridgetown Fashion Revue show.

Nylaresh performing at JamBallah NW

Next, the highlight of our Summer was vending at JamBallah NW. Oh, we had a blast! There was no shortage of interesting stuff going on at this festival and we heartily recommend your attendance at the next one!

In Autumn, many beautiful images were created at a photo shoot with the talented Scott Belding and Seattle-based model Briauna Mariah. Keep an eye on this girl–she’s going to go far!

We finished out December with an Artists’ Trunk Show at SomaSpace followed by Shimmer! The Nagamani Winter hafla featuring the music of Ritim Egzotik. It was the perfect event for an icy cold evening, with a bevy of sparkly performers and sizzling Arabic and Turkish tunes.

It’s very exciting how quickly 2012 is filling up. Yay for abundance! One event that we will be here before we know it is the Cues & Tattoos festival. It’s happening in late March and will we see you there? We sincerely hope so!

Happy New Year to you and yours.
